The information provided when creating the Account must be accurate, complete and regularly updated. Any inaccurate information may result in suspension of the Account.
The User is solely responsible for keeping their login details and passwords confidential. Any transaction carried out through the Account is presumed to have been carried out by its holder. In the event of suspected compromise, the User must immediately contact CVS at [email protected].
3.2 Restrictions Relating to Use of the Service
Official Resale is reserved for:
- adults who are individuals;
- acting as consumers;
- for their personal use.
Any use of the Service for professional or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach, circumvention or fraudulent use of the Service, CVS reserves the right to suspend or delete access to the Account and cancel any Offer or transaction concerned.
3.3 Operation
CVS endeavors to ensure the accessibility of the Service but cannot guarantee continuous availability. In particular, it reserves the right to interrupt access for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. CVS shall not be held liable in the event of unavailability resulting from force majeure, an internet network failure or an independent third-party service provider. No compensation may be claimed on this basis.
4. Conditions Applicable to Offers
4.1 Eligible Tickets
Only Tickets purchased through the Official Ticket Office and expressly authorized for resale by CVS may be subject to Official Resale. This authorization by CVS, confirming the Ticket’s eligibility for Official Resale, is indicated in the Seller’s Account by the appearance of a “Resell” button.
CVS reserves the right to restrict access to Official Resale to certain categories of Tickets or certain dates.
4.2 Closure of the Service
The opening and closing periods of Official Resale for each relevant Event are freely and independently determined by CVS.
Official Resale may be opened, suspended or closed at any time, in whole or in part, for one or more Events, without prior notice. No Offer may be submitted or accepted when Official Resale is not active for the relevant Event.
This decision does not affect purchases already made by Buyers before the suspension or closure of Official Resale.
The closure or suspension of Official Resale, for any reason whatsoever (including, in particular, security requirements and technical, organizational or commercial constraints), shall not give Users any right to compensation.
4.3 Account Termination and Suspension
CVS may suspend or terminate a User’s Account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms of Use.
CVS also reserves the right to invalidate or cancel any Offer or transaction in the event of an inaccurate declaration, fraudulent use of the Service or breach of these Terms of Use.
4.4 Sale Price and Management Fees
The Sale Price must necessarily correspond to the Face Value of the Ticket.
No markup is permitted.
The use of Official Resale is subject to the payment of Management Fees to CVS for the use of the Service.
The Management Fees are payable by the Buyer.
Their amount is indicated clearly and transparently during the purchase and/or listing process on Official Resale, prior to any final confirmation.
Confirmation of an Offer or purchase constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the applicable Management Fees for the transaction concerned.
4.5 Withdrawal of an Offer
The Seller may withdraw their Offer provided that it has not been accepted by a Buyer, unless it is currently in a Buyer’s shopping basket during the checkout process.
5. Sales Procedure
5.1 Listing a Ticket for Sale
The Seller may offer one or more Tickets for resale from their Account.
The Seller selects the Ticket from their Account and provides their bank details (RIB/IBAN) in order to receive the Sale Price.
Only Sellers able to provide valid bank details corresponding to an account opened within the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area), identified by an IBAN, may offer a Ticket for sale through Official Resale.
Only the Ticket issued by CVS containing the new unique barcode, in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Sale of the Official Ticket Office, is valid for admission to the Event.
5.2 Purchase
The Buyer has 20 minutes to complete payment after adding the Ticket to their basket.
Once payment has been confirmed:
- the sale is firm and final;
- the Ticket is automatically transferred to the Buyer;
- the Seller may no longer use the Ticket.
5.3 Transfer of the Ticket
If payment is successfully completed, subject to validation by the Buyer’s bank, the Buyer receives a confirmation email and the Ticket is accessible through their Account in electronic format. For certain Events, the Ticket is only made available in the customer area 72 hours before the start date of the Event. Where applicable, this information is specified in the confirmation email.
The Ticket contains a unique barcode valid only for:
- the date;
- the time;
- the relevant Event;
- the indicated venue.
In the event of resale, the Ticket’s original barcode is automatically invalidated and replaced by a new unique barcode. This mechanism constitutes a regulated exception to the principle of ticket uniqueness provided for in the Terms of Sale of the Official Ticket Office. No duplicate Ticket will be issued by CVS to the Buyer.
6. Payment
Payment is made exclusively in euros.
The transfer of the Net Price to the Seller takes place after the date of the Event, within an indicative period of fifteen (15) business days. The Seller must have entered their IBAN in their Account in order to receive the transfer.
CVS reserves the right to cancel any transaction presenting a risk of fraud.
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event, the provisions set out in the general terms and conditions of sale of the Official Ticket Office shall apply. Only the Buyer of the Ticket, having acquired it through Official Resale, may benefit from any refund or postponement measures provided for in the Terms of Sale. The initial Seller shall not be entitled to any refund once the Ticket has been sold to the Buyer.
