The 55 fountains and pools and their 600 water features, set in motion with the help of a lyre key by the Château de Versailles fountain specialists, will delight you. The greatest baroque composers, from Lully to Handel, will accompany you in your royal stroll in music.

*For your information, early closure at 5:30 p.m on October 26th and on Saturday evenings during the Night Fountains Show from June 7th to September 13th, as well as on the exceptional dates of July 14th, August 15th, and September 20th.

Free admission : available for children up to 5 years old, who can access the Gardens without a ticket (proof of identity may be requested on-site) / for holders of the Château de Versailles Spectacles Card – Solo and Duo 1-Year Card for Versailles – and the Société des Amis de Versailles Card.

Group rate : €9 for groups of 30 or more with a dated ticket purchased via email at [email protected]. On the same day, €10 at the group ticket desk at the garden entrance (subject to availability). More info.

Opening hours : 

The time indicated for the booking (9am) corresponds to the opening of the ticket offices and the groves.

Your ticket is valid from 9am until the groves close. All exits are final.

Ticket valid for one admission (access : Courtyard of the Princes, Little Venice, Menagerie, Dragon or Neptune Gates). A second admission is possible through a different gate than the one used for the first entry.
