- Baroque dance demonstration at the Hercules Room, the dancers of the Royal Opera Ballet accompanied by musicians of the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal; choreography by Pierre François Dollé.
- Dance lessons and baroque ball in the Hall of Mirrors, Carnet de Bals – Arnaud De Gioanni, choreographer.
- Barkers and theatrical skits, Midnight Première, under the direction of Jean-Paul Bouron.
- Visits to the private flats of the King, Mesdames and Madame de Pompadour, Royal Opera, La Compagnie Baroque – Michel Verschaeve, Fabrice Conan.
- Concert of baroque music (harpsichord and singing), musicians of the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal.
- Sacred concert (organ and singing), musicians of the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal.
Presentation
A FANCY DRESS EVENING IN THE HALL OF MIRRORS
In your costume identical to those of the most beautiful periods of Versailles, you are invited to discover the refined and artistic atmosphere of the parties and to relive the wedding of Marie Leszczynska, Princess of Poland, and Louis XV for a timeless and unforgettable moment.
To the sound of kettledrums and trumpets, we welcome you to the Marble Courtyard with a glass of champagne.
Wander freely through the Grands Appartements, where you will be entertained by sketches and demonstrations of the games that used to be played at the Sun King’s court. You will also attend the two activities that you have selected at the time of purchase.
To round off this royal evening, at 11pm, you could enjoy the closing ball in the Hall of Mirrors. The evening will end with fireworks viewed from the Hall of Mirrors, as during the finest hours of Versailles.

The differents tickets
When buying your ticket, please select two of the three following activities :
– Concert of sacred music (organ and singing).
– Concert of baroque music (harpsichord and singing).
– Baroque dancing class : ballet masters will introduce you to the moves and figures of the contredanse, a favorite dance at the French Court in the 17th century.
Have you already experienced one of the previous edition of Fêtes Galantes ? Do you already master « le pas de menuet » and wish to learn further techniques to impress the Court ? We advise you to select the “Danse confirmée” lessons.

Practical information
DRESS CODE : to preserve the magic of the Fêtes Galantes, you must come dressed in a quality baroque style costume and be wearing it when you arrive at the Palace (all guests must find their own costumes). No access will be granted to anyone not respecting the appropriate dress code.
You will potentially be filmed or photographed during this event. Château de Versailles Spectacles consider you abandon every appeal in case of use of those pictures for promotion of Fêtes Galantes.
