Gift cards can be used for :

– Book your tickets for shows via the online ticket office, by telephone or in the shop.

– Buy CDs, DVDs and books from the online shop, by phone or in the shop.

They are valid for 1 year from the date of issue indicated on the gift card. They are neither refundable nor extendable. When booking a ticket for a show, the booking must be made before the end of the validity of the gift card. However, the show can take place at a later date.

Gift cards can be used subject to availability. You can choose a show with a higher price by paying the difference by credit card (online or by telephone) or by other means of payment at the ticket office-boutique at 3 bis rue des Réservoirs.

Gift cards can be used in part when placing an order. The remaining balance can be used until the gift card expires.

Gift cards are not accepted as payment on the day of the show.

An order containing both show tickets and products (CDs, DVDs, books) will not be eligible for gift cards or credit notes. To use your gift cards or credit notes, please purchase your show tickets and products in two separate orders.

If you have an online account, you can find it in your orders :

1. Log on to https://tickets.chateauversailles-spectacles.fr/en/user/
2. Click on Menu > My orders
3. Click on View details of my order and then on Have/Voucher to download the e-ticket.

You can also ask the ticket office to send it back to you.

You will need the gift card code and security code shown on the e-ticket.

For online purchases :

Once on the payment page, enter the gift card code and security code and click Submit. If necessary, you can then complete the payment by credit card or other digital payment services.

If you have not used the entire balance available on your gift card/credit note, it will be updated automatically. You can view it by downloading the e-ticket again.

For purchases by telephone or in shop :

At the beginning of your order, specify that you would like to pay by gift card. At checkout, give the gift card code. If necessary, you can then complete the payment by credit card.

If you have not used the entire balance available on your gift card/credit note, it will be updated and sent back to you by email.
