Temporary facilities will offer an exceptional and truly historical setting for certain sporting events during Paris 2024. A temporary quarry flanked by several grandstands will be set up at the Royal Star, an esplanade to the west of the Grand Canal, in the heart of the Château de Versailles grounds.

Capacity : 15,000 or 40,000 spectators depending on the event.

At the end of the Games, the temporary installations will be dismantled without leaving a trace.

The Château de Versailles will always be a cultural venue with a global reputation, welcoming millions of visitors every year.
